D7 Production Project for Incoming Biocide Product

Our team embarked on the D7 Production project, where we repurposed two 6500-gallon mixing tanks and associated piping to facilitate the production of a new biocide product. With a keen focus on efficiency and precision, we finalized the process P&ID drawing and developed an associate control system description to ensure seamless operation.

RTP meticulously developed bid specifications for the required equipment and instrumentation. Our expertise extended to the creation of detailed piping and electrical installation drawings, leaving no room for errors in the implementation phase.

To enhance the project's success, we took charge of designing the control panel with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring shop fabrication and wiring align seamlessly with the production requirements.

As safety is paramount, RTP actively participated in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) review meetings, diligently addressing any potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Our dedication did not end with design and planning. RTP provided comprehensive commissioning and start-up support, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to reality. We stood by Lanxess Corporation throughout the entire process, ensuring the project's success and the achievement of its production goals.
