Structural design includes the application of mandated codes and regulations for numerous project locations across the United States and internationally. Designs are engineered using "STAAD.Pro" software with experience involving major industry within regions of low to high seismic accelerations.

Design Methods

  • All Structural Design is prepared by using “STAAD/PRO” software using either the "Allowable Stress Design" or “Load Resistance Factor Design” methods as applicable
  • Vibration Analysis for Dynamic Loadings
  • Rigid Frame and/or Braced System Structure Design
  • Designs meet AISC, IBC and Local Building Code Requirements
  • “Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures” by American Society of Civil Engineers is used to determine wind and earthquake loads
